It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Am using a samsung galaxy a20.&amp;nbsp; Cannot make or receive phone calls.&amp;nbsp; Transferred from koodos several hours ago.&amp;nbsp; New sim card and unlocked phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This sounds like a account provisioning issue. Ensure that your phone hasn't somehow been set to only use LTE networks as all phone calls must go through the HSPA network at Public Mobile. Try resetarting your phone as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, go to &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ada.support/chat" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ada.support/chat&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to open a ticket to the moderators.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
