      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/143145"&gt;@DonaldB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;In addition to the earlier suggestions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;a reboot with the SIM installed usually takes care of it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;go to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; About: if a carrier update is offered install it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;go to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Profiles remove any data or vpn profiles there &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(if you don't see the profile tab. It means you don't have any profiles installed)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
