Check your VM (from your phone or landline), delete the message if you don't need it

then go back to your phone and delete it from the notification.

@murpharator Usually that voicemail notification only disappears from your phone's home screen after you've retrieved the voicemail by holding down the #1 on your phone kepad.

but why you need it when you getting a voicemail

@murpharator - it will only go away once you listen to the voice message completely; OR, start to listen to the message then hit 7 to delete it while it is playing.
