      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/143122"&gt;@Allic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if this is the first time you inserted your PM SIM into the phone and it asked for a SIM puk code, then its locked to your previous provider, contact them and ask them to unlock it for you.&amp;nbsp; You will need your imei number dial *#06# to get it.&amp;nbsp; If its a Samsung phone contact Samsung online and ask them to unlock it for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If its been active for some time and it asks for a puk code.&amp;nbsp; Then contact a moderator and ask them for it.&amp;nbsp; There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon.
