That's not a Public Mobile issue. Call your credit card issuer to resolve.

Contact your credit card company and/or bank and let them know as soon as possible.

This doesn't seem to be related to Public Mobile though.

@JasGagan If that is the case then you need to call your credit card company and ask them to issue you a new credit card.
