      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have asked IT for support with this but no reply. I have an old I-Phone that I use mostly for staying in touch with home when I am out working. So just 250 MB data but it does not work for me...can only check email when connected to WIFI and cannot send or receive photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to reset your APN settings to the default. Are you sure your data is active and not used up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
