how log a text can you send

why doses it take so long to send a text. I have 2 paragraphs with about 13 lines of text yet it never sends the text. It saysits sending but all it does is buffer (circle like youtube) . I thought it was a fast network

but its just text, theres no pictures or anything

I've never had an issue like that, all my texts seemingly send instantly.

What type of device are you using? Did you just complete an activation or has texting recently became slow?

@Bubba, most text messages over 1000 characters are converted to MMS so chances are your data isn't enabled or your mms APN is not setup correctly.

What chuk said. Sms is limited to basically 160 characters so if you have something longer it should break it up and send multiple msgs or a MMS msg.

never really realzed it. I thought the technology improved. I think it said it was converting it to a multimedia messge because it was too long. but it still was taking a long time.

^Not sure if you or someone else took my advice as a solution, whoever gave the accepted solution gave it to the wrong person.
