Data Add-Ons?

I just added 1 GB of data to my account, but don't see it showing up under Add-Ons?

Is there a delay?

Nope...should be usable right away. Look at Available Funds...do you see your payment for the add-on there. Now go back to Purchase Add-ons and select the one you want.

Buying an add-on is a two-step process. Are you sure that you 1) added funds to your account AND 2) used those funds to purchase your add-on? Does it show up as an active add-on in self-serve?

Sounds like you did step 1. Go back and "buy " it again. It's a little non-intuitive. You need to add money first then buy add-ons with that added money.
