If your credit card was charged and you have no service, contact a Moderator here . If it wasn't charged, wait an hour and then try again after clearing your cache and cookies (or moving to a different browser/incognito mode).

Hey!

I remember running into that exact issue myself when setting up my own SIM. I believe you can just give it a bit as the SIM takes an hour or two to properly activate itself. Usually, it will work out. If you don't end up having service, you should also make sure to restart your phone with the SIM just in case if there were any issues with the activation and your phone not reading it. If all else fails, I'd say check your account to see if it was charged or not and/or contact a moderator regarding the issue. Cheers :3

That same message happened to me when I was trying to figure out how to use the $10 off offer referral code. Wait an hour, then complete it from start to finish, and all should be A-Ok.

Welcome! 🙂

As always, try turning on and off your phone with your new sim, see if that clears up any issues.

When it comes to the activation, I had an issue while activating my plan. Shutting down my browser as starting again worked. I also ended up waiting until business hours, not sure if this actually made a difference or not but it worked. Something as simple as a browser setting could also be messing things up during activation.

You can also try to log into your account, if it works, then you have succeeded, even if you have not completed set-up, and can still finish setting everything up.
