When is your renewal date ? Dial 611 if you need to find out your account status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm talking with a worker now&amp;nbsp; but yea my auto pay has been enabled for the last two months&amp;nbsp; with the same card this is the first time it's ever given me a issue&amp;nbsp; and it did it when I tried to select and early auto yesterday&amp;nbsp; during the day&amp;nbsp; seeing as my service would be getting cut off todayv&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your service is not working then you could either purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My phone stop working this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Your service is currently suspended due to insufficient funds."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have AUTOPAY and it was working for the last few months. I've tried to add some funds manually and it shows "Sorry, your credit card was declined by your card provider, so this purchase could not be completed."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Card is OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Submitted ticket and waiting for them to solve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>they say it can take up to 72 hrs for it to be resolved but it's more than likely that it will be taken care of with in the best few hours latest burning can use a voucher and still keep ur autopay it just will renew threw the voucher this month and then use the autopay next month</description>
