I believe international text was only available in the old plans. Possible? Yes

You can use a texting app such as whatsapp or viber as long as you have wifi/data but a straight international text is no longer available.

That doesn't necessarily mean 4ever. Beta is time where stuff is built from the foot up. eventually, PM shall get both feet movin, and much will be accomplished
