I am filling in a ticket to port my number, it asks for the imei for Bell which i have, but it is asking for the sim card number. Is this the sim card for PM or Bell that is being asked for?

The only time I had to give sim number is during the activation.

Are you sure it says sim? Can you please take screenshots of the form
