Use the search bar to look for answers to your question/topic and it will return the results with solutions or search the knowledge base.

Add tags to posts you like. (found under the date of a post)

Just like what @JoyLuck the easiest is to use the search bar for your question and put in a solution. If it's a newish topic that has a question that you were gonna ask then it will show up with a checkmark on the top right corner of the subject line

@Eliza5, there might have been earlier posts from before, but I had created a posted in March 2020 on how to use search and tags.
