Hi I submitted my email for the 30 days for $0 may 5-7 and then activated my SIM card however my credit card has been charged and there doesn’t seem to be a credit. Has the promotion been overlooked?

Your promotion will be credited to your account within 30 days from activation.

Are you porting in a Qc phone number or select a Qc number during activation?

If yes, you will be charged $30 + 15% Qc tax = $34,50

How much PM charged you on your credit card?
