How do I change my email address?

I've changed the username on an account but it says

Please note that changing your Username will not change the email address on your profile.

So how do I change it?

Also, I tried to use the 'contact us' form to ask this but when I get to the form to send an email all I get is an error message saying 'Your email does not match'. Doesn't match what? There is only one box for email that I can find.

Based os previus posts you will need to ask a mod to do that for you.

Hey @StealthRhino,

You want to change your Self Serve username as well as the email associated with your Public Mobile account, right? Just send me a private message with your Public Mobile account number, and I will do that for you! 🙂

@Saray_O - just tried to send you a message to request changing email address on my account but I got a message back that this user does not have private message capabilties? Please advise
