Perhaps from your old provider. That is the "local" number people are mentioning. Basically for most folks it would be 1 and your local area code and then 580-4001. There are some variations. The list from Nezgar is an excellent reference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to check voicemails or long press "1" i get a message "talk is not included in your current plan" but I have the $40 plan. How can I set up my voicemail so I can receive and access them ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you see if your voicemail is local to your area? Then copy and paste voicemail into your contacts name it PUBLIC MOBILE voicemail or something. Make aure to put a 1 in front of the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call it and it should be good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am asuming you can make calls out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you carn try turning your phone off remove your sim. Wait a few minutes then insert the SIM again. Then restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good evening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It needs to be like +17785804001 (for my BC area).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
