      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Good morning. I have since 12:00 am that I am trying to make some phone calls n is impossible.&amp;nbsp; Soonest I dial the numbers&amp;nbsp; ,any number the call is dropping right a way. It doesn't even go threw. I have try&amp;nbsp;to shut n restart, remove sim card n restart, top up my account with 2 extra dollars, Airplane mode&amp;nbsp; and still nothing. Can someone&amp;nbsp; help me ?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
