$10 Monthly Credit

It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received the $10 monthly credit as was advertised being a beta member. I activated my plan in Jan and it was suggested that I would receive $10 over a 12 month period.

Hello @sirstroud,

Only new plans starting January 27, 2015 are eligible to the 10$ credit for 12 months.

You won't receive the credit if you are on an older plan.

@sirstroud Are you a new customer on one of public mobile's new plans? Which plan are you on?

I am on the 45 dollar talk text and 1gig data plan and they have reduced my plan price to $35 as expected.

If you share some more detail the other users will be able to confirm they are having the same issue.

The payment department is aware of such problems, but, if you were to send an email to PM, it would carry more weight than a post here. More weight = more attention to rectifying the problem.
