      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just changed my credit card and the tried to reactivate my account. It gave an error and subsequent attempt gave following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Login Page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The login page link is not working and it remains on same page. Could you please renew my plan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You should remove your personal info by clicking on the three dots.&amp;nbsp; Try using a different browser and incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to moderator by by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
