I have miss placed my phone but i really need to get my call log for last wk as it has a important bussiness number on it.I would also like to get my contacts back.I did not register with this web site until now.I also never signed up for my account,as I have llimited computer axcess

Hello @johndoe,

You can ask for a replacement SIM card. Just follow these steps here. Once you receive your SIM card, you have to update the SIM card number in your account. Direct link here.

You will have to purchase a new phone.

You can listen your voicemails by calling your Public Mobile phone number. When the automatic message start to speak, press * and enter your password.

I need a number from call log on lost phone .Other companies will send u the print out or tell u the number if you giive time and date it was made.Will public do this?

You can try by sending an email to Public Mobile.

Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

- Choose "None of the above"

Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

An agent from Public Mobile will answer you in less than 24 hours.

Public Mobile maybe able to give you a list of all the numbers you called and got a call from but again, if you had set up my account online, you'd have been able to see that flawlessly.
