Now, from April 2020 to April 2021 expect another year of savings from
$24 in Autopay rewards

$1 per month x 12 months = $12

Community Rewards, if you regular contribute $1 to $15

and any referrals!

Welcome to the community @CharlieGurl , if you run into any issues setting up your self service account please ask. Here's an article on setting up your self service account

If you need to add/ edit an autopay credit card. Then go here to do it

When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

That seems unlikely, considering the entire phone plan is setup online, and not over the phone. Could you be more specific with your question?
