The plan data cycle is tied to the 30 day payment cycle @Kevin89 and the plan data doesn't carry over or accumulate, only the data addons that can be purchased separately carry over until used up, FYI here's an article on buying add ons. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/purchase-add-ons-through-self-serve
