    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/140832"&gt;@stephyannjose&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;they are normally pretty good at monitering your usage.&amp;nbsp; Check your usage history for the last 2 days in your self service account&amp;nbsp; and your app usage on your phone to see who the major culprits are. If you still feel that an error occurred, then contact the moderators and ask them to to look into it for you.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. It sounds like your data did not reset after renewal. Do you know how you used last month? Have you reset your data tracker in your phone? What does it show for your previous 30 days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact the moderators as suggested by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117195"&gt;@gblackma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and if it's a case of it not resetting the moderators can easily do that. You can also look at your daily usage history and add up the twice daily web usage updates since renewal to see if they match what they claim is used....that will help you determine if it reset properly at renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can look into buying the $15 1 gig data addon. Here's an article on buying add ons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/purchase-add-ons-through-self-serve" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/purchase-add-ons-through-self-serve&lt;/A&gt; .
