      <title>Need help changing phone number &amp; creating self serve account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need to change the phone number for a Public Mobile account to avoid unwanted phone calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, tried creating a self serve account online. When entering the current phone number, it says “&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.” When I try to reset the password using the email address it should be under, it says “&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.” Not sure what other email address could have been used.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To get back into your self service account contact the moderators and ask them to for a temporary password.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t get into the account so that I can do this online. I think the email address might not have been entered correctly as I can’t reset the password or create an account from scratch. who can help with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
