      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remove your SIM and battery, if removable. Wait a few minutes before reinserting them. Turn your phone on and off. If need be, do that 2 or 3 times.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the above does not help, please return here and we will continue to troubleshoot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Joasia, your 30 days of service may have been up. Have you paid for new 30 days of service. Log into your self serve account at publicmobile.ca and see if everything is paid up.</description>
