Take a temporary number and initiate the transfer from tour account once you are sure everything is working. Do not close your old account; that happens automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your credit card to see if a payment has been taken.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just activated my sim card and although it seemed to take payment, a message stating "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/community" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/community&lt;/A&gt;" Target="_blank"&amp;gt;publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;popped up in red letters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not able to log in into my account and&amp;nbsp;my PM sim card is not active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just hate that when you get a new number then port, it won't let get referrals without a mods help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;So basically re-do the activation but with a new number and then port it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just tried to do a new activation with the same Sim card and it says invalid Sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you have already activated the sim, you can't reactivate it, thats why you are getting that error message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
