      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered the public mobile account with a wrong email address. I cannot log into my account because it has locked itself out. Is there any way to reach out for help?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot email the public mobile customer service center because they require my account login in order to sent them an email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please HELP!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
