    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new SIM in the mail. I tried to activate my account, but after submitting everything, it said "please wait" and it just timed out and gave a generic error. If I try to activate again it says invalid SIM. I can't make a ticket because my account wasn't activated... What now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wait 1 hour from last attempt.&amp;nbsp; Clear your browser history,&amp;nbsp; go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM. Welcome to PM.
