      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid so once you reach your limit it stops.&amp;nbsp; Other providers are post paid so they don't stop your data but throttle the speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Before they would just charge you 5.00 a mB. and you would receive an 800.00 phone bill. Public is a prepaid service so its different then all these post paid plans as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
