      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Sim card online. When I wanted to activate the sim card, it said that it was unavailable. A brand new Sim card, sent from your company. So I had to go to a Public Mobile vendor and I had to activate my phone with a new sim card. How do I get a refund, or that amount of the sim card on my current balance? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
