      <title>Data not working after factory reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a ZTE Axon phone that I have been using with PM for about a year.&amp;nbsp; Everything was working great.&amp;nbsp; Had to do a factory reset on the phone for other issues and ever since then I can't get data to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is what I have tried so far.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Multiple restarts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Change Access Point info to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Name: Public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APM: sp.mb.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMSC: http:aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS proxy: 74.49.0.18&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS Port: 80&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MCC: 302&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MNCL 220&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never changed any of the other settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Turned off phone, removed SIM card for 2 minutes, put SIM card back, turned on phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
