@Minnsname Hello do you need a Sim puk code or do you need a network unlock code if you just signed up you probably need to get your phone unlocked therefore you will have to go to your previous cell provider and ask them for an unlock puk code What is the exact message you were getting

@Minnsname if you locked yourself out of your phone, you have to contact the moderators to get the puk code. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.

@Minnsname if you entered your sim pin wrong 3 times and your received an 8digit PUK code you can contact customer support here

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a message

Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM PM EST
