How do I quote a previous member's message/reply in my reply?

Basic stuff here: how do I quote a members message/reply as indented text in a message I'm writing in the same thread? I'm sure this is forum etiquette 101 but I'm stumped. Thanks.

@emby if you're using a desktop there is an option to expand the current toolbar by the top right of the message box (expand toolbar). and you'll see the " marks on the upper half.

I wish they would implement it for mobile application's

click reply then you can see a bar on top of your reply page click ... on the right then click " you got this:

The quote button broke a few months ago. They fixed it for desktop but not mobile. There was site update and it's been broken for mobile since then.
