    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/139622"&gt;@LT1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if this is the first time you put your PM SIM into the phone and it asked for a SIM unlock code.&amp;nbsp; Then your phone is locked to your previous provider contact them and ask them to unlock it for you.&amp;nbsp; You will need your imei number dial *#06#&amp;nbsp; to get it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the other hand, if you locked yourself out. Then contact the moderators and ask them to for your puk code.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried Simon &amp;nbsp;Useless! &amp;nbsp;I tried to access my SIM by punching in my code &amp;nbsp;It ;ocked me out after 3 tries. &amp;nbsp;Then asked me to contact carrier for PUK code&lt;/P&gt;</description>
