It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered my new SIM Card last month and everything regarding the phone is fine. BUT, I've been locked out of my account for nearly 3 weeks and I've sent numerous tickets without any answer. Also, I tried resetting my password, but I never received an email...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll see the ticket(s) you sent out and you will be able to see Moderator replies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I use Firefox and seems to be good. Also, clear your cache files and try using incognito (or Private Window).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your email address is your username.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if anything helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
