If you have the old $10 plan maybe you're out of texts.

If you have an iPhone make sure SMS is set to on in iMessage.

Is this for one recipient or all?

I would ensure that your SMSC is set to +16475800172. In some text messaging appications, the setting is sometimes referred to as message center.

What type of phone do you have ? Make sure data is turned on. Try rebooting your phone.

Do you have another phone that you can try your sim in?

What happened when you tried?

What is the status of the message you tried to send?

Is it too any number or a specific one?

Can you test it with a native/different messenger?

Can you test it in the different phone?

Thank you all for the replies, unfortunately my SMS massages still not working.

My phone is an android (Huawei Nova 3E), I have the 50$ plan.

I was told that someone will contact me in 48 hours, but no one really did.

I have tried rebooting my phone and even changing the phone, but still no result.

@Shreef What app are you using to send text? Can you try it using Goggle Messages. If you submitted a ticket to PM you need to keep checking your email icon for a private message response from the Moderators.

I quickly checked the specs on the phone. It should work with Public mobile.

Were you able to try the SIM card in another working phone? This helps determine whether it is a hardware issue versus PM service problem.

I assume that talk and data work properly?

Might want to try a network reset on your phone.
