    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Credit card company provided an 800 # associated with the charge, the number led me to&amp;nbsp; public mobile, which inturn led me to this website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one "should" have access my fathers credit card so we are trying to track down the error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will contact to oderators&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/130502"&gt;@aaranjo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have your father contact his credit card company and ask for the transaction code, and billing code number associated to public mobile and the erroneous charge. The moderators will need this information to track the transaction in the system. This will make it easier and quicker to trace, reverse the charge and then bill the correct customer/account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This will be faster than filing a dispute with the credit card company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
