If you ported from a cell provider, it may take up to 3 hours to transfer successfully and up to 2.5 days if from a voip provider or landline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you chose a new (temporary?) number and rebooting your phone does not allow you to call out or receive calls your SIM may not have provisioned properly.
