      <title>Auto topping up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had 22$ in my account cover my 20$ plan and I was charged&amp;nbsp; flat rates before auto topping my plan now there is 12$ and I don't know what's going on this sucks not being able to talk to an operator I'm not happy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm assuming that you have $10 in rewards?&amp;nbsp; Since the balance was reduced by $10, that does mean that you plan should have renewed. Otherwise, the system wouldn't have taken any of your balance. I suggest make a small $1 manual top up to see if that resets things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
