      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to activate my SIM, but received the error "Invalid SIM".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can you do to resolve this? The email support forms all require you to be registered...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20167"&gt;@syndicat3﻿&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to activate more than once?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its possible that the first time you got an error but the account was partly activated. &amp;nbsp;So the sim card is already registered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the case,&amp;nbsp;test if you have service on your public mobile sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
