      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're not tight on money then the excess can just stay there for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise it can take weeks to get a refund and by then your renewal might come up anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new with Public and signed my Dad up back in Jan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made the Feb payment,but forgot about March.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up for auto payment, but it looks like this would only be available for April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As such my Dad`s account was locked out, so I made a manual payment on March 18th, which would mean that the next payment due would be April 18th automatically&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However my Dad received a message that an amount is due today before 12:00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rather than to take a chance and interrupt my Dad`s service plan, I made another payment&amp;nbsp; today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anyway to confirm if this is a double payment ( ie two payments were made in March) or if the April payment will be taken automatically ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
