It can take 72 hours to receive the $10 payment. The $1 should be immediate.

Your friend, the referrer, will get $1 reward per 30 days as long as you stay with PM. No one time $10 credit for your friend.

You, the referee, will get $10 one time credit within 72 hours after your activation. Usually the next morning. No $1 reward for you.
