Hello there,

I am changing my plan from $15 per month to $50 per month because I need internet.

When I try to do that, there is a section for Promo Code

I wanted to see if someone can provide me a promo code if applicable for this case?

Those are very rare

I only saw it once and it was for extra data on $60 plan and probably if you qualify too.

I doubt there is anything out there at this time

From what I remember, that instance in October was the only time a promo code was used for exiting customers. That $60/12.5GB plan was available to all customers, both old and new.

Have you tried plugins like Honey? It automatically finds promo-codes to the site your on. It's just an extension for Chrome.

@deeksha25 Promo codes once you are an existing customer are very rare but due occasionally happen often as a targeted offer from public mobile sent via text or email. But hey it never hurts to ask!

What you're saying may generally true, I can say with almost certainty that there are no promotional codes currently available to existing customers.
