Hi I need to get a log history of my calls coming in and out, since the day I registered with Public Mobile.
Can you please provide this?

@ChanShong when did you register on PM? I think you can see the last 6 months in your self service account. I can't remember ever seeing a request for this. You have to contact the moderators and ask for it. Since an invoice takes 2 to 4 weeks for them to send it. This may take longer.

To contact a moderator and explain your requirement. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there.

This is what is needed when requesting an invoice, I assume it will be similar here

Email address (if possible):
