When you say "my balance.."...where do you see that ? Are you talking about My Account / Available Funds ?

@Aoife92 Is this your payment renewal date, and is your service working properly? Then the payment has been applied, and you should have gotten your thanks for payment 611 text. And you are set for the next 30 days.

@Aoife92 Are you sure that is your balance or the amount owing? Dial 611 to get your account balance.

Sounds right, your balance should be $0 if you've made the payment!
