First please click the 3 dots on right side of your post and edit the post to delete your personal information (phone number)..as it's visible for the public to see.

To cancel your service just ensure you remove your credit card and autopay from your account....when you don't pay your next due date your account will go suspended.

After 90 days of inactivity the account will be deleted.

Or if you want to keep number and go to another service. When you port your number out the system will be notified to close your account.. remember account needs to be in active good standing to port ...only porting to Telus and Koodo is allowed if account is suspended. All other providers like bell Rogers etc you need account in good standing.

@faysaljust log into your self service account and remove you autopay credit card if applicable. The account will automatically expire within 90 days. Or port your number out. This will automatically close it. Note the account must be active to port.

You remove autopay.

To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.
