Texts go to 7723 instead of phone number

Hi everyone,

My phone for some reason keeps sending my outgoing texts to 7723 instead of the number I'm trying to reach. It also won't send or receive calls. When I call someone it rings in my end as if everything is good, but the other person will never get it.

I know 7723 is usually voice messaging and I've tried disabling SMS, but it still won't complete. My plan renews tomorrow, but it's been like this for a couple days. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

What phone are you using?

Can you put your sim card in different phone to see if it's service or equipment related

Does this happen to tour calls too @AshB ? Is it possible that you inadvertently enabled call forwarding? See article on how to add or remove it https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/call-forwarding

I think you might be using Google dialer??

@Jb456 thanks for finding that! I was looking for it moments ago for another thread and couldn't find it in my bookmarks. :cathappy: (I've added it now)
