      <title>Text not working on new activation</title>

      <description>I tranfered my number over to PM. Not did I get the wrong plan but I am not able to send or receive any text msg. I get notification that I must add this but it included in the plan. Email PM 4 times and no reply. What am I to do????</description>

      <description>If that the case then you realize only Canadian Texting is included in current plans/add ons, so if you are texting outside of Canada it won't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>^ it is the case for everyone actually. Only data/MMS settings need to be entered for some devices. Calling and SMS do not require additional settings to be entered on your part after you insert the SIM card in the phone.</description>
