It made me think that the first submit didn't go through. Load funds and then purchase add on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is available funds, you can use for next month payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's two steps to buy a addon..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the money in your available balance? If so,&amp;nbsp; is both add-on funds in there? Or just one?if both are in there that means you have to do step two and buy the addon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I'd suggest you leave the second charge in your available balance for your future payment due date as it could takes several weeks to be issued a refund to your card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's the guide to do an add-on purchase if you need to know how to do the second step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/HOWTO-Purchasing-Add-ons/td-p/198974" target="_self"&gt;Guide Click Me.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did do both steps and you have no balance.Then the add-ons would show under your my Data and Addons sections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having both add-ons will affect it from working...so you would have to contact moderators and ask them to fix it and ask for one to be refunded.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! As you said, I loaded the fund twice because the worflow is confusing and it was not clear on the UI that I have to load fund before purchasing the add-on. Anyhow, I've purchased the add-on and will leave the fund for next month payment. Loan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
