I am confused, it says I have 3 anniversaries with public mobile but only recieve $2 loyalty dollars a month, shouldn't I be receiving $3? Cheers

@Felixbthe1, if you are referring to the badge in your profile everyone got that if they were a customer when Public Mobile celebrated their 3rd aniversary from it's new direction with Telus.

Badges are sometimes buggy and often inaccurate.

Rewards listed in Self-Serve are sometimes buggy but always more accurate.
